Beth Anderson, the owner of Singlocity, Inc., felt that there
was more to single life then just dating and finding a mate, although that
aspect is important in the life of many singles. She wanted to provide a
service that was not all dating-oriented. Many resource websites are all
about finding a mate with many links to internet dating sites. We want to
provide a wider range of resources for people as singles are in many different
stages in their lives. Some may have just been divorced and they are not
interested in dating but would like to meet some new people, single or married.
Some singles are ready to find their soulmate but not sure where to go or how to
start. At Singlocity, we want to provide information for all kinds of singles,
no matter where they are in their life.
Also, we are become the single industry watchdog. Here's
the good news! The resources on this website have been checked out and
they are legitimate. We recommend only the resources we place on our
resource pages. In other words, we've done the research for you. You
will not see this website laced with tons of internet dating sites. Also,
because the singles industry is not regulated in any way, there are companies we
may not include for one reason or another. We also provide a more local flare to what is available to singles as
opposed to including tons of national companies. Furthermore, Singlocity.com is updated on a weekly bases. We keep an eye on our
resources to make sure they stay active and remain a viable resource for
singles. On many singles websites, the information is outdated or old. If
you know of any good resources you feel we should include on our website, please

We also want to give voice to a growing population that tends to
be forgotten. Most businesses do not think of targeting singles and they
do not cater to singles when they provide a product or a service to the general
community. It is usually set up for couples or families. We want to
help singles gain awareness in the community as a viable group that
would like their needs met as well.
